These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Lacura®, a division of the ALDI UK group of companies (“Lacura,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We may modify these Terms at our discretion at any time by posting revised Terms on the Site. Such modifications shall be effective immediately. You must review any new Terms whenever you use the Site. Your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of the modified Terms.
1. Privacy Policy
Please review our Privacy Policy which details how we collect, use, and disclose information from you, including personal data, when you access our Site and Services. Use of the Site signifies your acceptance of the Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms.
2. Your Use of the Site and Services
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Site or purchase products. Use of and access to certain content, materials, and functionality on the Site may be restricted to adults age 18 or older.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Lacura grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Services for your own personal use. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate any content or Services received from Lacura to anyone, including but not limited to others in your organization and/or others via the Internet, without the express prior written consent of Lacura.

- Use the Site or Services to transmit any computer viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, malware, or other items of a destructive nature.

- Violate or attempt to violate the security of the Site or Services including attempting to probe, scan or test vulnerabilities, interfere with service to any user, host or network, send unsolicited email including promotions and/or advertising of products or services, forge headers or identifiers, or engage in spamming behavior.

4. User Content
The Site and Services may allow you to post, upload, share, submit, or otherwise make available reviews, photos, videos, ratings and other content (“User Content”). You are entirely responsible for any User Content you share. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit the User Content and grant the licenses below.
By submitting User Content, you grant us an unconditional, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully transferable, perpetual worldwide license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute the User Content on the Site or in promotions for Lacura products, without any compensation to you.
You acknowledge that we have the right but not the obligation to monitor, screen, post, remove, or edit User Content. We take no responsibility for any User Content. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, terminate, or restrict your use if your User Content is objectionable or violates these Terms.
5. Purchasing Products
Lacura provides shopping services that allow you to purchase Lacura branded beauty, health, and personal care products. Any transactions for products are between you and Lacura. We may provide order processing, shipping, promotions, and customer service, but we are not responsible for product quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased and end promotions early.
Product details like item descriptions, photos, availability, and pricing may change prior to order confirmation. We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products and their features, specifications, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that such details will be error-free. If a product offered by Lacura itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it for a refund subject to our return policies.
All purchases are subject to product availability. Lacura may impose quantity limits per customer. We reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel, or terminate any order for any reason at any time prior to shipment. If we cancel an order due to unavailability or pricing error, we will refund any payment already provided for that order.
You must be 18 years or older to place an order on the Site. By submitting an order, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into contracts. We reserve the right to verify age at any time prior to order fulfillment.
Pricing and availability shown online are not final until expressly confirmed in a shipment confirmation email. Product prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing information, but we may make corrections at any time, including after an order is submitted. If the pricing or other material terms of an order change prior to shipment, we will notify you and await your acceptance of the modified terms before finalizing your order.
Use of any promotional or coupon codes not supplied by Lacura may result in cancellation of order. Lacura coupon codes may have expiration dates, item restrictions, and quantity limits. We reserve the right to cancel any orders made using unauthorized, invalid, altered, or duplicated coupon codes. Promotions may not be combined unless expressly permitted by the specific terms of each promotion.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the products purchased, pricing, chosen delivery method, and estimated delivery date. This does not constitute Lacura’s acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment for any reason.
All sales final. We do not accept product returns or provide refunds unless the item you received was defective or not as described. Please see our returns policy below for details on warranties and defective/incorrect item returns.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We only ship products to addresses within the United Kingdom. We cannot ship to PO boxes, hotels, APO addresses, or any location outside of the UK. You represent that the shipping address you provide is deliverable and accurate.
Delivery dates provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any losses related to delayed shipments. Delayed orders can be canceled and refunded prior to shipment. Contact us to check order status or tracking.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon our handoff to carrier. You are responsible for notifying us promptly of any shipping damages or product receipt shortages. Customers have 5 days after delivery to report product damages and shortages and request replacements or refunds.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and may vary. Shipping rates are based on item weight, dimensions, and destination postal code. Handling fees may apply for gift wrapping, special packaging, or expedited shipping.
Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and local taxes. Please check your local customs policies. Lacura has no control over such fees levied by destination countries.
7. Returns and Refunds
All Lacura product sales through the Site are final. However, we will accept returns or provide refunds in the following limited situations:
- You received a defective, damaged, or materially incorrect product.
- An order was undeliverable due to our error (e.g. invalid shipping address).
- We canceled an order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
To request a return and refund for a defective/damaged product:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Follow provided instructions for return shipping to Lacura.
- Ensure products being returned are unused and undamaged.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We reserve the right to reject returns deemed ineligible per these Terms. Refunds, if approved, may take 3-5 business days to process once items are received. We will refund the price paid after deducting any discounts/promotions, shipping fees, and reasonable handling costs.
8. Warranty and Disclaimer
We offer limited warranties on Lacura products as described on individual product listing pages. Contact us to report any defects and determine if covered by warranty. If an item is found to be defective under warranty, at our discretion, we will repair the item, provide parts to repair it, replace the item, or refund the purchase price.
Lacura makes no express or implied warranty of any kind for third party products sold through the Site. Such products are subject to the warranty terms of the manufacturer. We have no liability for third party product defects or non-performance.
The Site and Services are provided “AS-IS” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no warranties that the Site or Services will meet your needs or expectations, be secure, timely, accurate, complete, virus-free, accessible, or error-free.
Your use of the Site and Services is at your own discretion and sole risk. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected to your access or use of the Site or Services, any delay or inability to access or use the Site or Services, any provision of inaccurate or incomplete information, any bugs, viruses, or unauthorized third party activities. This applies even if we are negligent or advised of the possibility of damages.
The limitations in this section apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lacura and our officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and all costs and expenses of defense, including but not limited to, attorneys’ fees, resulting directly or indirectly from:
- Your breach or violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any law, regulation, or third party right;
- Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
This obligation will survive the expiration or termination of these Terms and your cessation of use of the Site or Services.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL LACURA, OUR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE AND SERVICES.
OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF £100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LACURA IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, IF ANY.
11. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or Lacura.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the Site and Services and requesting deletion of your account.
We reserve the right, with or without cause, to suspend, terminate, block, or restrict your access to our Site and Services at any time in our sole discretion without notice or liability. We may discontinue the Site or Services or terminate these Terms for any reason with 30 days notice.
Termination of these Terms shall not release you or Lacura from liabilities accrued prior to termination. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination will continue to be in effect after termination.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding any application of conflicts of law rules or the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts located in England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or Services.
13. Additional Terms
Additional Lacura policies, terms, and rules may apply for certain aspects of the Site and Services including purchases, subscriptions, programs, sweepstakes, and promotional offers. Any such additional terms will be disclosed and incorporated into these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the additional terms shall control.
14. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it shall be severed while retaining as much of the original meaning as possible. The remaining Terms will remain in effect.
The failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not waive our right to enforce such provision later.
The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lacura relating to their subject matter. They may only be amended by express written consent of both you and Lacura.
By accessing or using the Lacura Site or Services, you acknowledge you have read and understand these Terms and agree to comply with them.
